The Poraai Professional Internship Program 2026 was launched with the goal of creating a practical learning environment for students and young individuals who are eager to gain professional experience in an educational and creative workspace.
Learning Aspects
Through this internship, Poraai aims to provide selected candidates with an opportunity to develop communication skills, teamwork, leadership qualities, and real-life work experience while contributing to the organization’s ongoing projects and activities.
Hiring Process
The application process for the internship began at the beginning of April 2026, followed by a series of interviews. During this period, candidates from different academic and professional backgrounds participated in multiple evaluation stages where their communication skills, professionalism, creativity, technical readiness, and commitment were assessed. After careful consideration and review, four interns were officially selected for the final internship cohort.
Internship Details
The internship program is designed for a duration of two months and is expected to begin from May 1, 2026. As part of the internship requirements, interns must maintain regular availability during assigned working hours and ensure access to a stable internet connection, a laptop, and a mobile phone to support their daily tasks and communication needs.
Responsibilities
Throughout the internship period, interns will actively contribute to different organizational activities and projects under the guidance of the Poraai team. Their responsibilities may include content creation, academic support activities, operational assistance, online engagement, communication tasks, and participation in collaborative team projects. Since a portion of the internship involves promotional and educational content development, interns are also expected to remain comfortable appearing on camera when required.
Our Internship Journey
Poraai Professional Internship Programs reflects the organization’s commitment to supporting youth development and building a collaborative professional culture. By combining practical responsibilities, mentorship, and real-world exposure, the program is intended to help interns strengthen their confidence, enhance their professional skills, and prepare themselves for future academic and career opportunities. We have conducted three successful professional internships over the last three years, and our fourth batch of interns joined us on May 1, 2026.
